Can usually discount any other deck company estimate by 10 to 20% so a $50,000 estimate you got could be done for $45,000 to $40,000 because I have very low overhead cost! please email me your estimates to discount?

My company is myself and one building crew that has worked for me for 20 years - with tons of references in the Loudoun and Fairfax County of Virginia.
