Norem Contracting LLC • AZ ROC #365090 • Licensed, Bonded & Insured • Free Estimates

⭐ Rated 5 stars on Google and Thumbtack

I'm Harrison Norem, a licensed general contractor handling residential projects across the Valley, including whole home remodels, fixer uppers, and large renovation projects. I work hard, I price fair and direct, and I treat your house the way I would want mine treated. We are the simple, small company with good prices that you came to to find.

Why Hire a General Contractor

One Contract, One Person Accountable

On a big project you are either managing six trades yourself or you are hiring someone to do it. I hold the contract, schedule the trades, and answer for the whole job. You make decisions instead of phone calls.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured

Hire uninsured and a broken window or a worker hurt in your yard becomes your problem and your insurance claim. Our license, bond, and insurance mean accidents are covered, your record stays clean, and the ROC holds us accountable for the work.

Fair, Money-Saving Pricing

We price fair and look for ways to trim your cost. We're not salespeople. We believe that the best way to make money in this trade is to do a lot of work and build repeat customers, not to overcharge for every project.

What We Do

Whole Home Remodels - Full interior renovations, taken from demo through final finish as one project on one schedule.

Fixer Uppers & Flips - Investor and owner projects on a budget and a deadline, scoped so the money goes where it returns.

Additions & Guest Houses - Adding square footage, second stories, casitas, and converted space, permits included.

Kitchens & Bathrooms - The rooms that carry a remodel, done as part of the whole scope instead of as separate jobs.

Design, Permits & Trades - Plans, city permits, and the licensed electrical and plumbing subs coordinated and inspected.

Straight Scheduling - A real timeline before we start, and a call from me when something changes.
