⭐ Rated 5 stars on Google and Thumbtack

I'm Harrison Norem, a licensed contractor handling residential projects across the Valley, including ADUs, guest houses, and casitas. I work hard, I price fair and direct, and I treat your house the way I would want mine treated. We are the simple, small company with good prices that you came to to find.

Why Choose Us

Fast, Free Quotes

We answer our phone (or texts!) and can send you a ballpark quote within the hour based on pictures. You get a straight answer and a free quote fast, so you can make your decision. We also do not charge to come out to your house and do a free consultation and quote in person.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured

Hire uninsured and a broken window or a worker hurt in your yard becomes your problem and your insurance claim. Our license, bond, and insurance mean accidents are covered, your record stays clean, and the ROC holds us accountable for the work.

Fair, Money-Saving Pricing

We price fair and look for ways to trim your cost. We're not salespeople. We believe that the best way to make money in this trade is to do a lot of work and build repeat customers, not to overcharge for every project.

What We Do

ADU & Casita Builds - Guest houses built from slab to keys.

Garage-to-Casita Conversions - The cheapest square footage you can add.

Plans & Permits - Design and city paperwork handled.

Every Trade Coordinated - Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC through licensed subs on one contract.

Rental-Ready Finishes - Built to hold up to tenants and guests.
